Sage does not support regular secure remote access. The client architecture is built to work strictly over a LAN. Many users have even complained with issues accessing Sage properly with wireless in the office. If you want to use Sage remotely, we recommend using secure RDP. Set up a Privatise client on a desktop machine in the office to connect to from the remote laptop. Then connect to that office over Privatise using RDP which will be encrypted over the Privatise network.
Once RDP's into the office computer, you can access Sage as normal via RDP.
