Many of our company's do not block the LAN by default, and instead allow Privatise to be accessible and to access the LAN environment. Sometimes in that scenario there are issues accessing local file sharing servers or printers.
This is almost always a DNS issue, to fix:
1. Make sure that any servers or printers are assigned a static local DNS IP.
2. Add the static IP & FQDN to your ROC-DNS Control Dashboard.
Go to Local DNS Records. Add a Fully Qualified Domain Name on the left, and static IP of printer or file sharing server you are trying to connect to.
